Mitel Teamwork

Mitel Teamwork serves as a collaborative tool designed specifically for Mitel Connect CLOUD users. Its primary function is to provide teams with a virtual platform for communication, file sharing, conference initiation, and task management.

• The core feature of Teamwork is the workspace, where users can create either public or private areas for team collaboration, projects, or specific topics.
• Within each workspace, users can:

• Send messages to the team
• Receive messages and direct notifications (@mentions) from team members
• Share files and easily access all shared files within the team
• Create, assign, and oversee tasks, enabling quick assessment of team workload and deadlines
• Participate in or start conference calls

The Teamwork application ensures immediate updates on critical events, alerting users when:

• A team member mentions them by name
• A task is assigned to them
• A task they have created reaches completion
